★ Free Consultation — No Fees Unless You Win ★

We Help Deliver Justice
for Everyday Americans.

Everyone in America should have the right to hold influential corporations and billionaires accountable for the harm they cause to everyday people.

Whether you were affected by an illness after using a dangerous product, injured by a defective medical device, or abused by an authority figure meant to keep you safe — we're ready to help you fight for justice and fair compensation.

Our complimentary matching service ensures that, if you qualify, you'll be connected with a case worker who can offer a free consultation about your legal options. There's no obligation to continue once you get started.

The Process

How Our Service Works

1

Check Lawsuit Eligibility Online

After responding to one of our ads, you'll have the option to submit your case information and check your eligibility for a free case review online. We will typically respond to most submissions within 48 hours.

2

Get a Free Consultation

If you pass the online eligibility check for the lawsuit you selected, you’ll be connected with a case worker at no cost to you. From there, you'll be offered a free, no-obligation consultation to learn about all the legal options you may have available.

3

Join the Lawsuit

If you decide to continue, you'll sign a retainer for the law firm that takes on your case. You will not pay any legal fees unless you win a settlement.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Will it cost me to work with Injury Justice For All?

Not at all! You won't need to pay a single dime out-of-pocket to be matched with a case worker and join the lawsuit. Your initial consultation is completely free, and there are NO LEGAL FEES whatsoever unless you win your case.

If you win a settlement, the amount you'll be asked to pay in attorney fees will usually fall between 30-40% of your total settlement award.

Why do I only have a few years to file a claim?

All 50 U.S. states have a different timeframe (called the “statute of limitations”) for how long you have to file a claim after being injured or diagnosed with a condition. Because we run ads for many lawsuits in different regions of the U.S., we generally follow a 10-year time frame to keep our eligibility guidelines consistent for everyone.

Why haven't I gotten a call?

If you haven't been contacted by a case worker via phone call within 3+ business days after submitting an online lawsuit evaluation, then it's likely that your case did not qualify and was not accepted for the lawsuit.

There may occasionally be interruptions that delay our response time by 24-48 hours, but this is not common. Please keep in mind that the call you receive from us may be identified as an unknown number or potential spam, depending on your mobile carrier.

Can't you just email or text me instead?

Unfortunately, our free case review process does not support SMS or email messaging at this time. Once you've been matched with a lawyer, there may be additional communication methods available to you as your claim progresses.
